Delegation from the French Parliament paid Nyamko Sabuni a visit
What are the gender equality challenges facing Sweden today? How are we prioritising work to counter the problem of honour-based violence? What tools are we using to improve gender equality in the labour market, and how does gender equality look from an integration perspective?
These questions were discussed when Minister for Gender Equality Nyamko Sabuni received a visit from a delegation from the French Parliament today.

Deputy Prime Minister Jan Björklund received Deputy President of South Africa Kgalema Motlanthe
On Thursday 20 October 2011, Deputy Prime Minister Jan Björklund met Deputy President of South Africa Kgalema Motlanthe in Stockholm. The meeting took place within the framework of the seventh Binational Commission (BNC). The purpose of the BNC is to deepen and broaden bilateral relations between Sweden and South Africa.

Minister for Education, Deputy Prime Minister Jan Björklund met Mr. Kapil Sibal, Indian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, on Thursday. They discussed a number of issues including cooperation between Indian and Swedish universities.
